24 June 2024, Paris: The final speakers have been announced for UNLEASH World 2024, the world’s most influential HR conference and exhibition.
Amy Webb, Founder and CEO of the Future Today Institute and widely recognized as the global leader in strategic foresight, joins a speaker program that includes renowned author and analyst Josh Bersin and award-winning leadership expert Kirstin Ferguson. They are joined by pioneering leaders from the business and HR world, including Jean Claude Le Grand, Chief Human Resources Officer, L’Oreal, Jolanda Grob, Chief People Officer at Zurich Insurance and Rami Baitiéh, Chief Executive of Morrisons.
The impact of AI on the future of work will be a key topic of discussion, as Josh Bersin outlines the pivotal role of data and AI solutions that will have a wide-ranging and deep impact on the future of recruitment, retention, performance and pay equity. Elsewhere on the program, Jeannette Gorzala, Vice President of the European AI Forum, tackles the complex issue of HR leadership under the AI Act and deconstructs the role ethics and regulatory adherence will play in the future of work.
UNLEASH World 2024 will host more than 200 speakers from a wide range of industries. Organizations such as PepsiCo, the FBI, Hugo Boss, Danone, Beiersdorf, LEGO Group, LVMH, Booking.com, and HSBC will share their insight and expertise on everything from diversity and inclusion to skills and learning and business transformation.
